After the first honey extraction in spring, the beehives are brought to the Black Forest at the beginning of June. Flowering meadows with clover and other wild plants as well as wild blackberries and raspberries characterize this location. The mixture of flower nectar and a little honeydew from spruce and fir give the honey its very own flavor. It has a slightly stronger taste and is not too sweet. A great classic for all fans of full-flavored honey from single-vineyards!
