Gently roasted organic cashews with tomato and black garlic

The mild, slightly sweet taste of the fermented garlic and the strong tomato note make these cashews a very special snack that also goes well with salads and much more.

The black garlic is produced through a natural fermentation process that lasts up to 90 days. This gives the garlic cloves their jet black color. The fermented garlic is much milder and does not give you bad breath. The taste is slightly sweet and sour and is somewhat reminiscent of balsamic vinegar.
