The Kaiserstuhl walnut cake is made according to the original recipe of the inventor Werner Weber in Daniel Jenne's Kaiserstuhl specialty bakery in Endingen-Königschaffhausen. In keeping with his motto "Natural baking with high quality", high-quality ingredients from the Kaiserstuhl are used. Master confectioner Werner Weber came up with the idea for this product under a walnut tree in his garden in Bischoffingen. The old confectioner is happy to have found a competent successor for his creation in Daniel Jenne, whose good reputation among connoisseurs extends as far as Switzerland and Alsace.
